Tucson Date Night Restaurants for Sonoran Restaurant Week 2026

September 4, 2026

If you’re looking for an excuse to plan your next date night in Tucson, you’ll be delighted to know that Sonoran Restaurant Week is back September 4–13, 2026! Starting today, more than 120 participating restaurants are offering special prix-fixe menus throughout Southern Arizona.

During the 10-day event, participating restaurants will offer menus priced at $15, $25, $35, $45 or $55 per person.

With so many restaurants to choose from, I went through this year’s lineup and pulled together some of the options that caught my attention for date night.

From pizza and Arizona wine in Sonoita to Vera Earl beef and craft cocktails on Mt. Lemmon to fine dining in Downtown Tucson, here are some restaurants to consider adding to your Sonoran Restaurant Week 2026 plans.

$35 Sonoran Restaurant Week Menus

Dos Cabezas WineWorks + Pronghorn Pizza – $35

Turn date night into a short road trip with a visit to Arizona wine country to Dos Cabezas. The $35 Sonoran Restaurant Week menu includes a simple salad, a Dos Cabezas WineWorks tasting flight and Pronghorn Pizza. If you have a smaller to normal-sized appetite, just throw in a second flight or glass of wine.

Locale Neighborhood Italian Restaurant – $35 Per Person Menu

Al fresco dining and Italian food are already a perfect combination for a date night, but Locale adds an especially charming setting. The Midtown trattoria is located inside an almost 100-year-old farmhouse with a spacious garden patio. Whether you sit outside with a cocktail or head indoors for an intimate dinner, the setting alone makes Locale worth considering for Sonoran Restaurant Week. I also appreciated how this menu featured vegetarian, fish and meat options.

$45 Sonoran Restaurant Week Menus

Fentonelli’s Pizzeria & Bar – Two for $45 Menu

With four shared courses, this is one of the best-value menus I found for Sonoran Restaurant Week 2026. Portions at Fentonelli’s also tend to be generous, which makes sense for a concept designed around family-style dining.

Fentonelli’s focuses on Italian-American inspired pizzas, appetizers, pastas and salads from its scratch kitchen, alongside a thoughtfully curated beverage program. If you’re looking for a cocktail recommendation to go with you two for $45 restaurant week menu, I love the mezcal Negroni.

Mojo Cuban Kitchen and Rum Bar – Two for $45 Menu

For another budget-friendly date night, Mojo Cuban Kitchen and Rum Bar is offering its Restaurant Week menu for two people for $45. While I personally cannot eat meat at this time, it’s a place that I’m unable to go to but I thought the deal was too good to not share.

Inspired by the food and culture of Havana and Miami, Mojo serves scratch-made Cuban dishes alongside handcrafted cocktails, Cuban coffee, house-made desserts and an extensive rum program.

Sawmill Run Restaurant – $45 Per Person Menu

Sawmill Run Restaurant continues to be one of my favorite restaurants in the Tucson area. Led by Chef Nick Avram, with Alec Harmon leading the bar program, the restaurant highlights locally sourced ingredients from Arizona farmers and ranchers. Its $45 Sonoran Restaurant Week menu includes three courses plus a craft cocktail, which is a nice bonus given how much I enjoy Sawmill Run’s cocktail program.

Located in Summerhaven on Mt. Lemmon, 45 minutes from the base of Tucson, it also makes for an easy mountain escape. Make a day trip out of it, explore Mt. Lemmon and stop at Windy Point Vista for a romantic sunset on the way back down. If you’ve never been to Sawmill Run, check out my blog post on them here!

Seis Kitchen – Two for $45

Seis Kitchen highlights the culinary traditions of six regions of Mexico through dishes rooted in heritage foods, whole ingredients and family recipes. For Sonoran Restaurant Week, the two-for-$45 menu is available at participating locations, including Mercado San Agustín, Oro Valley and Tanque Verde.

Wildflower American Cuisine – $45 Per Person Menu

Wildflower is a Tucson long-time favorite for date night. The northwest restaurant serves modern American cuisine influenced by flavors from around the world. I would recommend this menu if you’re looking for the greatest variety of courses to choose from! There’s something for everyone here.

Zio Peppe – $45 Per Person Menu

Zio Peppe brings together Italian-American comfort food and Sonoran flavors, and its three-course Sonoran Restaurant Week menu immediately caught my attention. Starting off, they have their iconic elote arancini. It’s something I almost always order! This is an excellent east-side restaurant for Sonoran Restaurant Week.

$55 Sonoran Restaurant Week Menus

BATA – $55 Per Person Menu

BATA is easily one of my top three restaurants in Tucson, so naturally, it had to make my list of date night restaurants for Sonoran Restaurant Week. If you’ve never been, you’re in for a treat. The Downtown Tucson restaurant sources approximately 90% of its ingredients from within 400 miles, with a vegetable-forward menu driven by what’s available locally and seasonally.

Cooking over an oak-fueled fire is also an integral part of the experience, and because BATA’s menu continually changes, there’s always an element of discovery when you dine here. At $55, its Sonoran Restaurant Week menu is also a great value and an excellent opportunity to experience BATA at a lower price point than you typically would.

The Coronet – $55 Per Person Menu + $35 Wine Pairing

The Coronet may be one of the most aesthetically romantic options on this list. Located in historic Barrio Viejo, the restaurant combines a dimly lit, cozy interior with warm wood accents and a beautiful, spacious patio.

If you’re a wine drinker, this is also one of the best values for a Sonoran Restaurant Week wine pairing. The optional pairing is just $35, making it a relatively approachable way to add wine to the experience.

Flying V at Loews Ventana Canyon Resort – $55 Per Person Menu

Flying V at Loews Ventana Canyon Resort is another strong date night option, especially after its renovation earlier this year gave the restaurant a refreshed look while still leaning into its Southwestern setting.

For Sonoran Restaurant Week, Flying V is offering a special K4 Ranch Prime Beef Tasting for $55 per person. While I’m unable to eat steak right now, I’d still recommend checking it out for the value alone. The tasting features Tournedos of Filet Mignon, while Flying V’s regular filet mignon is typically $68 on its own and does not include sides. The Restaurant Week menu also includes multiple courses, along with family-style polenta and farmers market vegetables.

Ursa – $55 Per Person Menu

When Ursa first opened, I took my husband, Alex, there for a date night. At the time, the 10-course tasting menu was $170 per person. During my visit, I especially appreciated how the restaurant incorporated work from local artisans and makers, including Agave Pantry for its dishware. Here, expect flavors closely tied to the Sonoran Desert, with fermentation playing a major role throughout the menu. Think bitter, floral, acidic and smoky notes, alongside heritage ingredients and unexpected preparations.

At $55 for six courses, Ursa’s Sonoran Restaurant Week menu is a steal. Its current Harvest tasting menu is $150 for eight courses, while Lineage is $60 for three courses, making Restaurant Week an excellent opportunity to experience Ursa at a much more approachable price point.
