Caesars Republic Scottsdale: Opening February 2024
Projected to open in February 2024, Caesars Republic Scottsdale will be Caesars Entertainment’s first non-gaming hotel in the United States!
Located adjacent to the Scottsdale Fashion Square, this modern 11-story, 265-room hotel will create a unique experience that emulates the energy and culture of the surrounding area.
What to Expect
At a first glance, I found myself most excited about: the two culinary concepts by Giada de Laurentiis, the unobstructed views of Camelback Mountain from the 7th floor pool and lounge– SEVEN, 28 luxury suites, the integration of the Caesars Rewards loyalty network, and a dedicated mobile sports betting space on the 7th floor.
Continuing on, let’s do a deep-dive on on what you can expect from Caesars Republic Scottsdale!
Giada de Laurentiis Culinary Concepts
Celebrated chef, author and philanthropist Giada De Laurentiis will open two culinary concepts within the hotel, Luna by Giada and Pronto by Giada. While Pronto by Giada is a popular preexisting concept in other markets, Luna by Giada will be entirely brand new.
Luna by Giada
Luna by Giada will be a sophisticated and high-energy concept that nods to Chef De Laurentiis’ Roman heritage and highlights her passion for traditional Italian cuisine with California and Mediterranean influences. Serving as the Caesars Republic Scottsdale’s signature restaurant on the first floor, the vibrant concept will be open to locals and visitors alike.
Pronto by Giada
Also located on the first floor of the hotel will be Chef De Laurentiis’ popular concept, Pronto by Giada. In a casual café format, guests on the go can enjoy her signature Italian fare and handcrafted coffee beverages.
Poolside Lounges
While it’s not rare for hotels to have more than one pool in the Phoenix area, it is rare for a hotel to offer both a rooftop and ground pool. During my hard hat tour, I previewed the views from Caesars Republic Scottsdale’s 7th floor and I was in awe!
SEVEN
The unobstructed views Camelback Mountain are unreal from both the lounge and pool. SEVEN’s poolside lounge and full-bar will feature specialty drinks by the well-known Riot Hospitality Group of Scottsdale. Once opened, you can expect lively brunches, yoga and other afternoon activities. Something that was pointed out during the tour was how a glass staircase will be built to the 8th floor veranda, offering a 3,000-square-foot space for events and activities.
Cleopatra’s Pool & Bar
When you head over to the ground level, you will discover Cleopatra’s Pool & Bar, which is adjacent to a 7,000-square-foot ballroom with sliding glass doors. I could see this being another great event space!
Accommodations
As far as accommodations go for the 147-foot high, 260,000 square-foot hotel, there is much to be impressed about when it comes to the 265 rooms. Starting from the top floor, Caesars Republic Scottsdale will feature five penthouse entertainment suites. Each one will consist of more than 2,000 square feet, an outdoor terrace and butler kitchen. Moving onto the 28 luxury suites, there are even wellness suites come with their own in-room Peloton bike. I would also like to note that from the hard hat tour, I was pleased to discover that everyone will have some sort of mountain view (not necessarily Camelback Mountain) from their room.
Caesars Rewards
The integration of the Caesars Rewards loyalty network will introduce new and returning guests to a destination that makes it possible to earn and redeem awards. I’m always about taking advantage of loyalty programs, so I look forward to utilizing this during my visits.
Mobile Sports Betting Space
Although it wasn’t initially a part of the design, a dedicated mobile sports betting space was later added to Caesars Republic Scottsdale. The addition was established when the pandemic delayed the construction. In the dedicated space on the seventh-floor lounge, guests can place bets on their Caesars Sportsbook app while watching the games.
