While dining solo, I couldn’t help but think how much Alex would love the ambiance and artistry of the experience.

A fine-dining destination in London’s Notting Hill, Core by Clare Smyth is known for its meticulous attention to detail and seasonal tasting menus that highlight the finest natural and sustainable British ingredients. Clare Smyth’s dedication extends beyond the dishes—she has custom-designed tableware and glassware to complement the experience. The intimate setting, flawless execution, and passion behind each dish make Core a top choice for a romantic night out.
